# Open and click tracking

Opens and clicks are recorded automatically on paid plans. No extra code is needed — the pixel and rewritten links are embedded when your HTML sends.

## List tracked messages

Each record carries opens, clicks and timestamps. Free-plan sends are delivered without engagement tracking.

  The pixel (`GET /sending/track/open/{tracking_id}`) and click-redirect (`GET /sending/track/click/{tracking_id}`) URLs are fetched by recipients' email clients from your message HTML. Never call them directly.
